CNBC is saying:
Powell will face six years of probation, a $6,000 fine and a $2,700 restitution to Georgia as part of the deal negotiated with prosecutors, according to remarks in a court hearing Thursday morning. A first-time offender, Powell will not face jail time.

At about 10:30 of the video, the prosecutor says the state recommended 12 months probation, but I guess that was per count.

Powell appears to have somehow stumbled into an absolute jackpot of a deal, unless I’m misunderstanding. No prison time??!!

How can she be of any help? People like her and Rudy are certifiable nut boxes. Their testimony shouldn’t be worth shit. And that’s if they’re even sane enough to provide legitimate testimony. She may actually believe her own BS or think the mother ship will be here to pick her up before trial
