Do we need a Q thread?

Agreed. It’s still a good thing because it can stop the cancer from spreading but it’s fucking absurd that it took them this long. I wonder if the timing has anything to do with the House report today on the big tech monopolies.

Listened to the Chris Hayes pod about this and they said they explicitly started targeting people into scam diets/crystals/antivaxx

Forgot to post this before. When I moved in to the new place, I was warned that 5G towers were coming soon to give us all cancer. Who warned me?

The Verizon installation guy lol…

Lots of recruitment going on within the ranks of Doterra and Herbalife. Some people make it their life mission to peddle bullshit.

Some weird talk in the Qniverse this weekend about Hillary resurrecting Gilgamesh and the Nephilim. I was in about ten Q groups on Facebook but they’ve been disappearing so not sure what to make of it.

Q has spread to the antipodes as well, there was a Time article about it the other day.

In New Zealand, a lifestyle influencer with more than 60,000 followers posted in support of QAnon claims in her Instagram story. “There’s soooooo much I want and need to address on here. But I’m going to start slowly and it will start with Hollywood, Cabal and Human Trafficking,” she said in one Instagram story. “People may think why? That’s America it has nothing to do with us. In the big scheme of things it has EVERYTHING to do with us. All you need to do is research Jacinda Ardern and her ties with Bill Gates…”

Re bolded, use of the word “research” is a huge red flag that you are talking to an idiot. If I’ve done some looking up online of, say, the status of current vaccine candidates, I’ll say “I did some reading about that”. These people say “research” because they don’t mean reading. They mean they watched YooToobz, looked at Facebook images and did some deep dives into Twitter threads.

I did my research and googled “Jacinda Ardern Bill Gates”. I think the third hit is the one I was supposed to find:

Damn NZ has gone totalitarian too? There goes one of my backup countries.

The Act can be easily amended to impose mandatory vaccination – Jacinda Ardern and her advisers constantly refers to a vaccine as the only solution to the ‘Covid crisis’. Coronavirus vaccines have been described as both unnecessary and dangerous. The vaccine against the so-called swine flu of 2009, led to severe neurological damage and lawsuits in the millions. For this reason Bill Gates, who sponsors the pandemic project and has extensive vaccine interests, is demanding indemnity for any Covid19 vaccine.

Hmmm. This connection leaves me a little flaccid. I may need to do some more research. Possibly venturing into the hinterlands of page 2 or 3 of my google search.

I think the relevant “research documents” are Facebook posts.

I’m friends with a very nice couple who are a bit naive. They’ve been led down the “do your own research” scam on vaccines. Dude really thinks he found this stuff on his own w/o the keywords being planted for him.

Everyone ready?! QAnon's JFK Jr. Conspiracy Theory Foiled, No Dallas Rally This Weekend

Jadeja, the former QAnon believer, is Australian. But he said he’s always been interested in American politics. He spent time studying in the US, living in Queens, New York. His nationality is a testament to the fact that QAnon has spread well beyond the United States.

“If you’d look in Australian politics, it’s boring by comparison,” Jadeja said. “American politics, it’s like, it’s like a car crash you can’t look away from.”

So glad we live in the car crash country!

When people ask me why I follow American politics, I always use as analogy the interest a lot of people have in horrifying true crime stories.

Wild how common it is. On the old Rogan forum I posted on that was majority pro Trump there were probably more non americans that loved Trump than actual Americans. It’s crazy to me that you can grow up and live in Canada and still love Trump

My Italian relatives seemed to like that we elected him - in a curiosity/entertainment value kind of way. She said “The US always pulls out some surprise”.

I’m really ready for boredom and back to standard right-wing obstructionism and losing their shit over tan suits.

The inventors of the Qanon conspiracy theory literally copped to inventing it, said out loud it was fake, and it didn’t matter. This is where we are.

The inventor of Qanon was the anonymous 4Chan account.
