Well, Iām not a Biden guy and he looks like crap, but I distinctly remember a 4 hour meeting when I was COS involving the Navy ( the biggest US naval station is in Northern Nevada, oddly) during which we tabletopped setting up quarantine strategies, allowing to access Military medical gear (tents/vents/etc.), isolation strategy, etc. Of course, we were thinking at a max of double digit patients, but we did do it. Probably more of an exercise - as I previously noted a gazillion posts above, the military can probably dust off plans to invade Canada within 48 hours they need to. And I doubt Joe is even vaguely as to what he was remembering about Ebola planning - I canāt remember much about it beyond it existed.

Agreed, the auto bailout ended up working out for the country. The banking bailout worked out for itās purpose of not having the whole thing die off despite being a ridiculous ripoff.
