It was coherent for a while, but it had nothing to do with the question.
At one point tonight, Biden said “I’m the Vice President,” not “I was the Vice President.”
At first I thought he misspoke, but now I’m wondering if he thinks he IS the VP.
Good lord, Warren is good at this.
Uh, that’s how people who have left the White House are referred as (VP/Pres). The other candidates call him VP.

Others calling him VP Biden is different from him saying “I’m the Vice President,” as opposed to “I was the Vice President.” It’s not like he was speaking in the third person.
