IF there really is demand for better conditions in the workforce and everything shuts down, then there will be spots for the folks left out to grab a chain store and run it in a progressive model NO MATTER WHAT THE LAWS ARE…

IDK about ‘canceling’ Sanders, but it’s not like he has another run in him — and so what if he did? Will Lucy let him kick the football in '24? Even preserving the value of his future endorsement is not something that’ll concern the kind of person who’s apt to consider canceling him. They’re a lock to be already backing whoever he might endorse.
Wat. I applaud Bernie for making the right play here, the same way he did in 2016, the same way he as an actual successful politician has done his whole life.
It is the “Bernie or bust” mouthbreathers, many of whom were involved in his campaign, who did him a disservice by antagonizing everyone in the entire Democratic party while simultaneously trying to win a Democratic primary. The last few days couldn’t have made this distinction any more clear.
