Yeah their mistake was not being a right-wing conspiracy theory and anti-vax sub.
Which for people is more of a treatment than a vaccine. You’ve already been exposed and it’s a race against the clock. So that is really really stoopid.

Rabies seems like one of the worst ways to ever go out. Surprised more people don’t die of it. Don’t you need a shot without 24 hours? I would think plenty of people would get bit by random shit and not think much of it.
I definitely expect plenty of maga types to start dying of it now though

I don’t see the whole story on antivax stuff but I saw that his exposure was that he found a bat in his room but no clear bite? That meets criteria for vaccination but it’s not crazy to refuse it.
Once you show symptoms though it’s too late
I vaguely remember there was a new set of shots or a shot you could get which was better than a whole bunch of shots to the stomach it used to be required.
