I’ve only seen it once. Just so happens it was a couple weeks ago. I’m less likely to see it than the ER docs though. it would have to be in that middle ground where they can’t get it without sedation, But don’t think the patient needs to go to the OR.

Conservatives LOVE framing things as “anything less than 100% perfect in every single
way is not worth doing”. That’s how they argue in bad faith that they oppose Feature X of a policy and if you fix X then they oppose Y, etc etc etc ad infinitum, so that liberals spend all their time fighting wars an imaginary policy fronts when there is actually nothing that can satisfy the other side. It’s a great way to make your opponent waste all their time.
