Would it be possible to stimulate endogenous production of this antibody by designing a protein that repeatedly displays that epitope? I would guess that the body probably makes up its own mind what is and isn’t an epitope.

Edit: Turns out that’s already a thing, for example the cholera vaccine, but there are some difficulties and limitations.

Given the combinatorial tools available, I’d expect they could generate a lot of antigen candidates (thousands), produce antibodies and then screen the antibodies. Also not too much of stretch to computer model the antigen sequence.

Well, Oregon’s daily new cases seem to be leveling off, just about 2 weeks after mask mandates went up in stores. Who could have guessed?

Are the parents here going to seek off label vaccination?

LOL, just looked up FLCCC on twitter and got this set of suggested follows:

Where are you seeing this? Last I heard Baker was still saying no because we’re a special snowflake state that for some god damn reason keeps electing dipshit republicans. It took massive pressure from everybody everywhere just to get them required in schools again.

I’m in Boston where there is an indoor mask mandate starting 8/27 (30m from now lol). Don’t think there’s anything statewide

It is happening town by town. My town reinstated it, most all towns around me have as well. State mandated it for k-12 schools. Sort of silly to leave it to localities but we are getting there anyways.

My wording was clumsy, there isn’t a state mandate.

These people are gonna freak out when they find out that public schools already have required vaccinations. No really, like 25% of the public is about to stop getting measles shots in the USA.

Alright, risk assessment time, vaccinated since late april playing tennis every other day with presumably other vaccinated players but I’m not going to ask them point blank. Still a go?

Vaccinated, outdoors, not at risk group = go for me. Tennis is especially fine.

I guess it’s not the tennis he’s worried about, it’s the possibility of transferrance via tennis balls or in changing rooms if he’s using them.

Ask them what they think about getting a booster. Or ask them about side effects. Be subtle.

Or sack up and just ask directly.

If no, I’d def at least keep my distance on changeovers.

I’m not sure about transfer off the ball. I’d think any dosing will be pretty minor, especially if you have good discipline around touching your face/eyes.

Of course:

His wife said on a GoFundMe page for household and medical bills that he was was intubated multiple times, had high fevers, infection and bleeding in his chest.

and

When he first felt symptoms on July 26, his wife told the Standard-Times, he refused to get tested or seek medical care. He instead began treating himself with a cocktail of Vitamin C, zinc, aspirin and ivermectin, an anti-parasitic drug that has been falsely promoted as an effective treatmentfor COVID-19 by conservative media. He was taken to the hospital on July 30.
