Whatās more is that the leadership of the Tennessee Department of Health has reacted to the sabre rattling from the Government Operations Committee by halting ALL vaccination outreach for children. Not just COVID-19 vaccine outreach for teens, but ALL communications around vaccines of any kind. No back-to-school messaging to the more than 30,000 parents who did not get their children measles vaccines last year due to the pandemic. No messaging around human papilloma virus vaccine to the residents of the state with one of the highest HPV cancer rates in the country. No observation of National Immunization Awareness Month in August. No reminders to the parents of teens who are late in receiving their second COVID-19 vaccine. THIS is a failure of public health to protect the people of Tennessee and THAT is what is āreprehensibleā. When the people elected and appointed to lead this state put their political gains ahead of the public good, they have betrayed the people who have trusted them with their lives.

It really always has been a death cult. Not only are we going to be dealing with covid for the rest of our lives, but long forgotten diseases are going to make a comeback over the next decade because of these morons.

I had to leave the Skype travel group (which is mostly comprised of 2+2ers from the Travel forum) b/c so many were arguing against the vaccine. It was maybe 3-4 pro-vax against a dozen against.
That group isnāt really comprised of the disgusting Thailand/Philippines sex-pat type who couldnāt care less about anything other than hookers and easily available sex for white nerds, so I had some hope for them, but was pretty surprised.

I canāt fault you for leaving but there is something to be said for fighting the fight. Suzzer is doing work over on 22. Heās basically distilling the knowledge of unstuck and using against the clowns that post there. But there are so many. His stamina is impressive.

Feel free to help. The pro-vax has mostly won the day. But then the antivaxx trolls all show up at once. Then they seem to stir up a bunch of āIām pro-vax but letās argue about this irrelevant detailā types.
My strategy is just to keep pummeling them - constantly marking my territory. Because I know they hate-read the thread even when they arenāt posting.
Hell even the Chiefsplanet main forum covid thread is more pro-vaxx than that OOT one. Anti-vaxxers get pounded on there. And I think the OOT one is the best covid thread on 22. The BFI one is pure TS nonsense or so Iām told.

True. The speed of it being adopted by nutcases Iāve seen makes me worry about violence towards any brown skinned person in the future. These people will have no problem denying it existed or was a problem the last year and switching over to blaming all minorities for their fuckups. Again.

I used to buy the death cult explanation but now I believe they are fighting a war of attrition against minorities. They donāt necessarily want to die but are willing to take that chance if two minorities die for every one of them. They love trump because it is a chance to transition from a war of attrition to ethnic cleansing.
Its not just the nutcases. From my anecdotal
conversations, Biden let COVID back in through illegals has some legs with suburban quasi swing voters. Vaccination campaign at the border will help among the non mega crazies
