UK scientists are planning trials to see if giving people two different types of Covid vaccine, one after the other, might give better protection than two doses of one jab.
This mix-and-match approach can go ahead only if another jab is approved by regulators, as has already happened with the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.
The head of the UK’s vaccine task force said trial designs were being prepared.
The news comes as the NHS starts its Covid mass vaccination programme.
This feels like the beginning of some natural disaster movie where they cause some crazy mutation that wipes out humanity.

I’m super worried about how the media is going to cover the vaccine rollout. A small number of people will have an adverse reaction and I fear when they do the media will cover it like the super bowl.

Even after opening the thread I have no idea what this tweet is about?
I was going to write a whole explanation but if you were not privy to the whole “controversy” when Peloton made that commercial, no explanation will really make sense nor will you give a crap, I promise.
I did know about the controversy and that she was the woman in the add. I just don’t understand the posted tweet and even after opening the thread have no clue whats going on now.
I think the implication is they told the story of a woman who was basically captive and riding a Peloton every day prior to much of society suffering the same fate. Due to COVID Pelotons have become enormously popular. It takes months to get one from the manufacturer and 3rd parties are selling them over MSRP.

She had an at home exercise plan just before covid hit so therefore she didn’t get caught in the crunch of buying home exercise equipment in spring so therefore she had advanced knowledge. And she didn’t warn the rest of us. What did she know and when did she know it?
