The floods seems like a good opportunity to get her some face time. I know not bumbling around a disaster area is the best utilitarian approach but I think having her do some press conferences in the state away from the disaster area would be good. Meet with some victims, meet with workers on break etc. We roll our eyes at throwing paper towels at people but the idea was that Trump was hands on helping.

Gives voters who care about abortion access cover to vote for Trump (“his own wife is pro choice, so he’s not actually going to do the bad stuff he says”) while also not losing any votes from the pro government control of womens health side (“his wife holds no power or influence, he’ll still ban abortion nationwide”).
