Sorry for the poor picture quality as this was taken from a moving bus. This is on 56th street at the side entrance to Trump Tower. The guy with the huge binoculars seems like a counter sniper. Next to him is a sniper rifle on a tripod. In the background you can see they’ve set up a tent so Trump isn’t visible when he exits the building and gets in his vehicle.

Still is; but modern inclusive usage is to replace whitelist/blacklist with allowlist/denylist.
