Interesting no ladders appear in this video and one cop is giving another a boost onto the roof. It looks in this screencap like someone set up a wooden pallet as a makeshift ladder. Full details are probably still a ways off.
If the indicated time is correct this is about 4 minutes after the shooting started.

The someone was Kimberly Cheatle, USSS Director, before she resigned. Itās flatter and also quite a bit lower in some places than previously reported (>13 ft minimum IIRC).
āSo much for a picture with Trumpā is a perfect ending to that video. Itās still so unbelievable that this guy was able to get anywhere near that building, let alone on the roof, with a gun and not be immediately neautralized or arrested.
