Copy Guy was funny the first couple times. “Makin’ copies” was a meme before the internet.
Goat Boy has never done anything.
Canteen Boy never did much for me. Alex Baldwin trying to molest Canteen Boy was funny. Not sure if that counts.
Tim Meadows and Kevin Nealon had some terrible recurring characters IIRC. And I’m sure there were some horrible ones in the dark days of the early 80s.
