Unless itās a piece of glass flying by really fast. But yeah seems more likely to be a bullet. I havenāt seen any shots of a shattered teleprompter or glass on the ground.

Shutter speed not fast enough compared to bullet, so it looks elongated

Even to capture a streak that short it had to be super fast. But aiming up into the sky on a sunny day it would be.
