Would honestly be shocked if it wasn’t (given the timing, needing a short time after the readbacks, the jury composition, etc). But who the hell knows.

I was going to say I felt something might be up when the reports were Merchan stepped away and would be back in a few minutes, and then wasn’t back after 20-25 mins.

Can you explain that? What’s the difference in paperwork between the two verdicts? I figured either way they’d have to fill out the verdict, attest that it is each juror’s decision, etc etc.
