Which part is BS? Plane registrations are pretty easy to track.
Also, some Harris campaign account (or PAC or something - hard to tell exactly what this account is) posted about it before that blog did. x.com

Ya, 100%. Sorry if it seemed like I was equivocating. I’m not going to track down what happened in or around this plane. Trump flies on Epstein’s plane isn’t even a new headline!

Tbf, there were a handful of people on here that were unskewing the Trump/Biden polls when they didn’t like the results so at least he’s not alone.
