With NIL, players should be thinking about what the temperatures will be in two-a-days. That s*** is highly unpleasant in any southern state. Could be an under known reason for the migration away from the SEC for the best players.
Two-a-days isn’t a huge thing anymore. At higher levels of training, you wear heart rate monitors throughout training so that you just work them until they get a certain amount of measured output done.
