I didn’t see any of them.
But there were some very pro G calls at the end before this.
But I don’t really believe in riggage anyway. Crazy all this happened when I genuinely believed the game was over!

Yeah that DPI that set up UGA on the last drive was a bunch of BS compared to how the refs were letting them play the entire game (and entire playoffs) up to that point. Of course the announcers just glossed over it.
Yeah the refs were trying to let Georgia score that last drive. Was like watch the rams Super Bowl a few years back. Just endless DPI until they score
With the face mask. They just missed it. It sounds dumb like how could 6 refs miss it. But it’s only two refs. And it happens.
I’m a hockey ref and had an incident in a U10 game. Team scores I go in the net to get the puck. As I’m in the net I hear the crowd go crazy.
I didn’t see anything. My partner is a 14 year old kid that didn’t see anything.
Talking to coach right after a kid came from the blue line and smoked a defender in front of the net. In a no check league.
It happens.
Pretty much the same thing as a runner getting face-masked in a national quarterfinal football game.
It happens.
How is he still wearing his head backwards?

how many times can a recruiting site be wrong on players before they lose influence? like could they boost say, five 3-stars up to 4-stars a year? ten?
bc i was just thinking after seeing the former 5-star alabama kid (keon keeley) enter the portal after basically not playing at all for 2 years, those sites/recruiting ‘gurus’ could definitely make some money giving artificial boosts to kids that pay them to. it would definitely be worth it to a kid to pay $50k to 247 or whoever to go from the 260th overall recruit to the 80th. or the 80th to the 14th. not just for the payday out of high school, but if you knew ahead of time you were gonna try to maximize NIL over your 5 years, paying for a boost would affect your earning abilities the entire time.
keon keeley has done absolutely nothing for 2 years, but he’s still gonna get mid 6 figures completely based off his original #12 overall ranking.
there HAS to be unscrupulous recruiting guys that would take money to rate kids higher. the more money, the more boost. and they could hide it inside the 500 other “real” ratings they release every year. it’s such a guessing game, moving a couple kids from the mid 100’s to the mid 30’s would never cause anyone to look into it and hell, half of ‘em would probably turn out good anyway.
i know schools use the overall composites to offer, being able to say “im the 23rd overall recruit on 247” has to be worth an extra $100k… the FIRST year. then you could use it again and again and again.
going from say #60 to a 5-star has to be worth a hundred thousand dollars, and tbh it’s a victimless crime. schools should be doing their own scouting anyway. do 1-2 kids a year and nobody would ever find out..
like once per recruiting cycle, you offer the #55 overall recruit to move him up to the last 5-star for $100k early enough in the recruiting cycle to matter.
they’ll make that back the first NIL deal. then after redshirting, you hit the portal with that 5-star rating and 15lbs of new muscle you got in the weight room and make another half a million…
this has to have already happened right?
The schools with money all run essentially their own in-house version of Rivals or 247 or whoever
The ones who don’t have this, aren’t gonna have the money to spend on a 6-figure transfer
In theory at least. I suppose someone out there had the great idea to just use the public services and free up the time and money for other things
But I mean there’s plenty of dudes willing to do this essentially for free 100hrs a week to get into coaching
These public services are much more likely to have just given your guy an extra star bc they saw Bama was interested in him, than to be doing this bag of cash thing. But anything’s possible
They’ve always missed on some percentage every year. If anything they have only gotten more accurate over time
My impression is that basically all coaches would much rather find the diamond in the rough that “I can put in the best position to succeed” than trust 247 or rivals over their own scouting of a guy. Imagine them being like “well maybe this website is better at scouting than I am”
It easily could be, but none of them are gonna think that way
great point that i didn’t think of at all.
duh
Hey, congratulations to the University Wisconsin-River Falls for winning the D-III championship. They hadn’t even made the playoffs in 30 years.
Someone should see if they’re doping
Look what happens when you open the floodgates and the Ohio Athletic Conference isn’t the only conference paying dudes
Had this on the background last night and the 4th quarter was wild. With a near int that would’ve nearly ended the game, a blocked FG, shotgun snap before the QB was ready, dumb playcalling, the works! I don’t want to give away too much.
Also can’t help but think this is just an audition for some of these players.
i feel like wisconsin dash something always wins d3, i would’ve lost a lot of money on that fact
Nobody wins D3 they just play it
