College Football 2025: Hoosier Natty

Yeah I have been on the same board for 222 months now lol. This is a narcissist move imo. Threatening harm. I dont know which insider it was that called him a narcissist based on what he has learned.

Good luck to him if this happens but it would be a very disappointing thing for him to do.

I’m pretty sure this will be the time private equity makes something better rather than ruining it.

Seriously, is there one thing they’ve made better?

They’re about to make the pga tour better

They’ll probably reduce commercials… in exchange for a $20 fee for each game you want to watch.

Who am I kidding. They’ll have a pay per game and still keep 4 hrs of commercials per game.

Vampire squids getting their tentacles around college sports is the perfect ending.

Well the NCAA was right that money would ultimately ruin collegiate athletics. But of course it would be ownership class greed and not labor that would destroy it, same as it ever was.

Pretty good rundown of the last couple years of Michigan athletic scandal. A few of these I hadn’t heard about yet.

The actual serious scandal was the hockey stuff and Weiss. I don’t think Weiss was really an issue with Warde, but the hockey stuff definitely was. Warde should have been canned for that, and a lot of michigan people were calling for that, but it didn’t get national traction because because it’s college hockey. He bought himself a lot of good will with the May hire though.
