they play central michigan in 2025, they’re on to him now so he’s doing it for the future

I don’t think it’s him but some people do, you’d think CMU would pretty quickly have told us who it was if he was on the staff tho

This one got an IRL laugh out of me:

The CMU game was nuts too. Looked like packing peanuts were raining from the sky.

You just come to expect it at this point of the season.

The only surprising thing is that both TDs came on offense and not D/ST

“It’s been a very hard two weeks.” Spectacular lack of empathy.

Neb had the dumbest QBs in the country…

Starter goes 1-5, 0 yards, 1 int

Backup Qb: 8-13, 62 yards, 2 int, 1 fumble lost

3rd stringer. 1-3, 24 yds, int on 3rd and goal from the 5 in a tie game late in the 4th.

After the last int, MD drives the length of the field and kicks a FG for the win.

Acting Michigan coach post game interview was amazing. He was cursing like crazy and crying. If someone sees it post it up

Illinois backup QB is John Paddock, a Senior who started at Ball State last year (2.7k yds, 18TD/14INT). He gave up that athletic scholarship to walk-on at Illinois because he would be the 4th generation of the family to letter at Illinois dating back to 1935.

Illinois starting QB was injured on the last drive of last week’s game (concussion protocol). Paddock came into that game against Minnesota down by 5 at 1:57 and drove it 84 yards to win the game! He went 3/3 with 85 yards, including the 46 yard game winning TD.

Fast forward to this week: QB1 still in concussion protocol. Paddock gets the start. It’s a back and forth battle between state rivals with not a lot of defense with Illinois amassing 662 yards to Indiana’s 451. Kudos to them for bucking that B1G no offense meme for even just 1 game. Indiana ends up scoring and converting 2 with 28 seconds left and it goes into OT. Illinois holds Indiana to a FG on their first possession. Then this happens to win 48-45

He ends up going 24/36 for 507 yards! 4 TDs and 1 INT. Dude was already an Illinois legend for the previous week, but this performance is iconic in the Illinois world (which doesn’t require much).

Classic Illinois season overall though. Lots of hype in the preseason. Get wrecked pretty early on, then show some glimmers of hope for the next year. Maybe make a bowl game because the market is oversaturated, but that’s still a plus for Bielema’s score card. Rinse repeat.

Deion iced his own kicker, who then missed, which later allowed Arizona to run the clock out and kick the game winning FG.

He must have gone to the Andy Reid School for Coaches Who Want to Use Timeouts Good and Do Other Things Good Too.

I saw the interview at the poker room with the sound off. I laughed at what I assumed were crocodile tears.

Very cool. My first college football game ever was Illinois. I was like four. My babysitter went to school there.

Sucks for Utah but then the Washington guy drops the ball outside the endzone lmao. And Utah gets the ball 70 yards behind previous line, first and ten.
