10.20am The royal procession from Buckingham Palace will kick off.
11am Coronation ceremony
1pm Second procession back to Buckingham Palace
1.45pm Royal Salute
2.15pm Buckingham Palace balcony routine

I know from playing Crusader Kings that there could be a lot of messy drama and possibly vassal uprisings in the months to come.

I think these public events are the shit that the royals have to put up with so they can have their unearned lavish lifestyle funded by the public. This stuff isn’t the fun stuff. The fun stuff is jetting all around the world in luxury on someone else’s dime.
Ya makes sense. Still I think if they made this(and other events too) more fun and entertaining they might retain their relevance longer.
They don’t like change because change opens the door to canceling the monarchy.
