Sirota, one of the authors of this article, was on chapo this week talking about the derailment, including what Pete isn’t doing
He should order whatever makes sense and make the railroads take it to court. He might lose but sometimes fuck your stop me is the correct moral play.
I guess we are dependent on civil suits to change things.
