The whole article that you linked is a refutation of that. Did you actually read it?
It says that the claim was made on some random website called “BeforeItsNews.com - a site consisting of anyone who wants to report on what’s going on around them”. I mean, you could have written it.
Article also clearly states “The chart is based on a real university study by a real psychologist, but the claim that Trump has an IQ of 156 is not.”
