Hopefully it’s much, much less than 46K. I think y’all severely underestimate trump - in all sincerity nothing would please him more (imo) than to come out of this with well under 100K - like 20k or less so he can tout it. Not only save lives but “own the libs” as a side effect. Just to be real.

I believe that you believe what you believe if that makes sense. Have you come to terms with the fact your beliefs may be wrong? And I know you will ask me the same. I personally believe at least 200K Americans will die from this. We will blow past this 46K in 2 weeks. If the # of deaths double every 5 days, we will be at 15K on 4/9, 30K on 4/14,and 60K on 4/19. That’s how serious this is and I don’t think you get that.
Like I get it if you are like “FOH, no way that happens.” The numbers are staggering. But that’s what the actual science tells us. It doesn’t matter what we believe. Science doesn’t care. And the virus doesn’t care.
We can all agree that the system needs a changing and folks need to be in charge of certain things and such… Maybe we disagree on medicine/medical and housing as a human right… Maybe we don’t.
How things change is important though and just can’t be brought about by conflict/violence because it always breaks again.

I agree on your points - where I disagree is the execution of those things and don’t believe the govt is always the best solution. Granted, I believe there are folks out there that still have good hearts and will do the right thing. One can’t legislate morality - it only leads to tyranny.
OK so, what do you think the peak will be? Remember, it’s already at 275K sick and 7K dead with the economy being shut down for the last 2 weeks. And what are you basing your numbers on?
Nah, it’s that I don’t trust those who sell vaccines to foreign lands and never solve the problem. Also, with our history - it should be considered the atrocities they’ve committed against their own people on our own soil.
