I have another group that’s sometimes on there that I skipped out on yesterday to learn Terra Mystica (don’t get me wrong, totally worth it), but I’ll probably play with them tonight if they’re around. If not, absolutely.

Can we fix the space ship and make it to earth? Who is a Cylon? Can we get rid of them? This is a lot of fun with recriminations and accusations flying. It looks complicated but it’s not that bad I’m pretty confident I could explain it to any moderately intelligent or above person. (if my dumb ass can understand it you can too).

What software do we need. Do we need to teach the old people how to Discord?

Somewhere in between “lukewarm” and “pass” for me.
I’d give it a fair shot if it’s convenient, but it really doesn’t look like my kind of game.
Bumping. I’ve kinda accepted that I’ll never get into complex board games with my partner and our friends, but we’ve been able to push it to the point of Ticket to Ride, Carcassone, and Catan. Catan in particular is a favorite of mine, but the base game can get a little repetitive to folks that don’t enjoy the strategizing as much as I do. Has anyone played any of the Catan expansions, and are they any good? The 5-6 person base extension is one thing, but I’m also seeing expansions like “Cities and Knights” and “Explorers and Pirates” that seem intriguing.
