They’re kinda simple and maybe not famous enough, but Pedro Alonso Lopes and Luis Garavito have both raped, tortured, and murdered over 100 children. Lopes is currently a free man.
Not super comfortable ranking sex predators but these guys are bigger assholes for sure than the ones selected.
