I really think we only need the J6 trial to start and be 3-4 weeks in to testimony. That should do enough damage to eliminate any chance he has left or reelection

Laugh if you must, but people are already getting sick of hearing about his crimes. He’s taken a hit on his financial fraud and defamation cases. When we start hearing from eye witnesses how he tried to overthrow an election, you can stick a fork in him

To be fair, I think it’s really difficult to estimate how the low-info crowd processes this stuff. I think for a ton of people the indictments and the endless delaying court appearances are the same type of “noise” as like Biden impeachment chatter or the Hunter nonsense, i.e. all of it is bullshit (or maybe for some, all of it is really serious but that means both parties are awful and corrupt, time to pull the level for RFK or something).
Actual footage of a legit criminal trial with Trump on the stand might sit very differently with a lot of people that barely pay attention to this shit (which is seriously like 70% of the population IMO).
