The tankies never could quite get their history right, but the date of the quadrennial presidential election is something catturd wouldnât even fuck up.
âThis guy really still thinks winning an âanyone but Trumpâ election at the peak of public consciousness of the ongoing pandemic and immediately after the most militant and widespread uprising against the state in my lifetime was an endorsement of his individual political project.â
This guy is reading a lot into Bidenâs statement, but itâs good of him to help spread what is a pretty fair point about who has actually beaten Trump before.
It remains to be seen if 2024 will be another âAnyone But Trumpâ election, or if a 3rd party candidate will crash the party.
Donât see a big lane for a third party on either the left or the right. The best shot for the left would be a primary challenge to Biden but Iâm not seeing one.
