Biden thread III: Still Robinette after all these years

Still, it’s good politics to capitalize on anticipatory reversion. Not sure Bernie would have the same idea.

Factory starts has to be the story. Considering the shit show he inherited everything is doing pretty well.

Lol that anyone thinks that what the economy does in the first 6-12 months has anything to do with the new President.

no suspects i guess :leolol:

Someone raised a non-issue, and they fell for it

you could take the 6-12 months out and this sentence would still be true. The Fed’s monetary policy has way more impact on the economy than anything biden or congress can do, lets hope they dont screw anything up over the next 16 months.

.@RepRaskin on the White House cocaine investigation: “I’m satisfied that the secret service and the White House are on top of it. […] I don’t know how many people would want to go to the White House if they were going to be administering a drug test on the way in.”

yeah i mean i went once as a kid but if i ever go again i definitely want to be high for it

Saw a student loan announcement promoted, it’s just this

https://www.washingtonpost.com/education/2023/07/14/biden-student-loan-forgiveness-income-driven/

The debt relief announced Friday affects borrowers enrolled in income-driven repayment plans, which allow forgiveness after making a certain number of monthly payments.

“At the start of this Administration, millions of borrowers had earned loan forgiveness but never received it. That’s unacceptable,” Education Undersecretary James Kvaal said in a statement. “Today we are holding up the bargain we offered borrowers who have completed decades of repayment.”

So they’e “holding up the bargain” which, well I’d hope so. I don’t see any bold moves coming on this front. I’d say we’re still on course for the final win: allowing student loans to be discharged in bankruptcy

Can we get sleepy joe to stop this shit at some point.

time to lock him back in the basement

This characterization of “pretend[ing]” seems less bad. And more accurate based on my viewing of the video. Still inappropriate. He should save it for his own grandkids.

and we are just stuck with him how the hell did this happen? lol

Remember. The Dank One’s Army is not a pack of bandits.

We can have RFK or Joe Manchin!

Biden flouting SCOTUS per the Post (took this picture of my neighbor’s paper)

Biden should get to nibble on one kid every time he gets rid of a chunk of student debt. As a treat.

I’m on it! After handsome, rich, interesting, energetic studs its time for her to try a slovenly, chill, lazy slob whose grooming is somewhere between animal and college student. I like my chances!

I love hearing her talk.

I hope her ex gets to keep the house because moving that D&D table will be awful.

Ok, I see my in. She digs D&D nerds. Now I haven’t played since like 1984, but my cousin used to work for Wizards of the Coast or maybe TSR, I forget. We got him hooked as a kid by giving him this

He showed me the first edition of MtG cards and I thought, cool, but didn’t get into them. A couple years later my mom, a fourth grade teacher, was confiscating them from her students , although she approved of them—fourth graders playing strategy games is a good thing, but not during class. I’ll be sure to get Sofia signed up to UP.

edit—who is this guy? Sofia, D&D and a Steeler’s cup? Hero.
