You donāt. There is no solution. How could you possibly point one out? My point is the USA government is a bunch of cops and these kids being in the hands of cops is not going to be better for most of them. Thatās true whether itās Trump deporting them or Biden/Mayorkis lying about how kids were going to be in hotels and then putting them in private prisons. Itās better to have them unaccounted for. Best you can do is try to help people without using the government.

As I said, look no further than the california foster care system for an example of how badly this goes. Thereās other fates than sex trafficking, that is one example. Thereās neglect, physical and sexual abuse, family just randomly deciding theyāre no longer interested in the kid and punting them into the street - and not knowing is not an out here, neither is wishcasting some improbable good outcome for these kids.
Thinking the government is going to do it right is wishcasting. Kids that are living on the street could probably benefit, on average, from government intervention. But if the kids are with family, youād mostly be making it worse for them if the federal government were tracking them. Most of the country thinks they are āillegalā people who should be sent back to whatever conditions they fled or their parents sent them away from - hoping for something better. If an American knows one of these kids who they want to help, they should definitely help themā¦and help them avoid the government - certainly the federal government.

If the government is not going to do it right, then itās not bad for most of these children that they are not in the hands of, or tracked by, the government. Local government in a sanctuary city? Probably not so bad, at least until the courts disallow cities from not cooperating with the feds.

This was part of the recent budget negotiation, correct? Itās hardly surprising biden would sacrifice marginalized kids for the sake of his legacy, we wouldnt want the administration to go out in a budget deadlock crisis, now would we? that would hurt this adminās legacy and extensive achievements weāve been hearing about. they play this party like a fiddle. what an extraordinarily weak man.
