no, but I made money on the other side of that trade lol
bought YES in that market and 1M’s thinking no way he wouldn’t there’s 160 million votes–when it first opened then it skyrocketed and sold when i read one of the comments explaining why the other side was correct and realized I was a goddamn idiot and bailed. It’s important not to be stubborn in this betting game.
The networks calling FL way way too late so it spilled to the 4th cost me a bit too on that PI prop, a really dumb bad beat.
for me it was also finally seeing that sweet big green arrow again after being all the way down seeing red at one point. That took a LOT of **** to see that from where I had started.
Biggest error I made was not betting much on my dems house # of 226 nor many house races except the easy one in MN 07 and trying to game pop vote % vs idiots before CA popped but that didn’t work and one bet I forgot about already that turned into a huge pumpkin. Also i was clicking sell of TX shares on PI right when it crashed and didn’t come back but I didn’t get it through. That would’ve been the cherry on the good luck sundae tho. and a bunch of trumpkins seem to have lost a shitload of money.
Yeah probably, I’m laying off for now. They aren’t announcing anything else until tomorrow. Plenty of time for Trump to decide that’s his spot to plant a flag in the ground and declare a certain victory that makes his minions gobble up Predict It shares like COVID-flavored candy.
i dumped all trump positions last night right after he declared victory. I could have made a little more if I’d cashed out right after the florida results came in but I think my timing was great. I’m so glad I decided to sweat this rather than the election, it was a nice distraction.
I dumped AZ at 83 only because i knew the Trumpers would buy it up and I wanted to get in lower. Narrowly missed. Just because I love you guys, don’t bail. AP has never missed, AP called it at 82% in and this only takes it back to 86% AND the AP doesn’t use Edison’s data anyway. We’re good.
“According to turnout estimates, around 440,000 votes remain in counties won by Trump in 2016. Clinton 2016 counties have around 80,000 votes left to report.”
