Also, I would be really careful for everyone jumping into the Cuomo markets. There is a ton of uncertainty on timing right now, including becuase the NY legislature isn’t even in session right now. Any bet you’re making on whether the NY leg will impeach by X date is straight gambooling right now. He’s not going to finish his term, but beyond that it’s anybody’s guess how it unfolds.

Yea that was the understanding the past couple days AFAIK, that the bill was going to pass but that they would have to do it by tonight for the bets to win, because of the funeral (edit: so our original thesis was wrong). Today’s madness was that, out of fucking nowhere, there started to be a possibility that they actually got through it tonight.
I held through with a fully clenched butthole. Haven’t relaxed it yet tbh.
I think the real winners were the pumpers and those with lucky timing. Those 1-2c shares from 12 hours ago were worth 75c an hour ago.
