this is one of those times I wish I was on the trader discord and just do whatever they said.
In response to trader inquiry: The rule means that if there is no recount, the final official total published will be used to settle the market., and if there is a recount, the final official total published after the recount will be used.
I think it’s 10K to 12.5K, but who knows? It basically comes down to whether a hand count audit counts as a recount.
I’m sure whatever it resolves people on the other side are going to be tilted at PI for the decision

Original total 14000 something. The three! Memory cards brought it to 12700 something
So basically if they certify the original results with the memory cards, it’s 12.5-15K?
it’d end up 12.7k so yes, otherwise it’s 12.2k
looks like the sharp guess is they’ll originally certify B4
(sorry B4 is 12.5-15k, B5 is the other one, this is how PI talks, it goes by bracket so B1 is the first one and so on and so forth)
