Bailout / Stimulus Discussion (Hints Missed & Shartz Fired)

Good to see the slumlords and gourmet restaurants are getting paid first.

I strenuously object to the classification of Ruth Chris as a gourmet restaurant.

Hey now, inso is only in the top 3% of wage earners in the US being a bitch boy for a slum lord. You couldn’t even imagine the stress and suffering that goes into being his boss.

The Poker Boom will solve dis doe

So my mom didn’t pay taxes in 2019 because she was on social security. However in 2018 she paid $800 to the IRS via direct deposit because she was on disability or some shit. She didn’t get a federal refund but she got a state refund. She hasn’t got her govment monies yet. I got mine this morning and we use the same bank.

Should I enter her bank account info in that link up above?

The rule on the aid package says you have to hire anybody already laid off by June 30, I think. The rules/process around forgiveness and how it’s determined are pretty opaque right now, to me at least. But I feel confident that Ruth’s Chris will get the maximum possible forgiveness without too much fuss, and that I am going to get get cornholed, if I get a loan at all.

I was reading something today that social security was going to go out in a second batch after the taxpayer batch.

I know one person here with disability already got it but don’t know their particulars.

The site tells you NOT to submit if you get social security or SSDI.

I was reading on motley fool this morning and saw the information about a second April batch for social security.

I get SSDI on the third of the month. But I file taxes because I also have a part time job. I got my Trump bux today. As far as I know, if the IRS has your bank info, you don’t need to do anything.

Ruth Chris is gourmet like Trump hotels are luxury.

Get My Payment tool is working. Confirmed I had to enter info because we owed taxes on our 2019 return. Needed to know our AGI and amount owed to confirm who we are, then it allowed us to enter bank info.

Wife and I file jointly. I entered my personal info, then our joint AGI and amount owed. When I did that I went back through the tool to verify that it confirmed they will now be processing payment for both my wife and I.

The payments would continue for at least six months and would last until unemployment falls to pre-coronavirus levels.

Nice.

Good to know you file taxes too. Sounds plausible then that people with only SSI / SSDI will be done in a second batch then. You likely got paid due to tax filing.

I agree though, everything I have read said that SSI / SSDI will get paid out without any action necessary.

I am trying to help a group of guys on disability and none have gotten the money yet. So I am just trying to verify the information and what needs to be done. Your information makes me feel better.

It’s nice but it is never happening. The GOP wants everyone back to work now even though we are likely only nearing the peak of the virus right now.

They don’t want to give any more money to workers. They will say they already gave $1200 and 4 months of turbo unemployment.

Did you pay or get a refund in 2018/2019?

I don’t see what good pointing that out does for anyone?

Weird, I’m getting the “payment status not available” message as well.

Can someone with knowledge answer this for Ducy please…

Thx. :v:

Refund both years.

Yea from what I understand, if you only get SSI/SSDI and don’t file taxes, you’ll get a paper check in the 2nd batch.

What good pointing out what the government is going to do to us?

What good does it do to ignore reality?
