Trump just extended the CARES Act at $400/wk and gave a payroll tax holiday through the end of the year.
He’s also talking about doing a cap gains tax cut as well.

He says he’s doing $400/week for unemployment tho, but wants states to fund 25% of that and doesn’t know where the money will come from. I doubt I’ll get a dime from this executive order.
And the payroll is a deferral, so the taxes are still due, just not taken out of your paycheck the rest of this year. So people will get a shocker in April on their tax bill. And it’s only for <100k earners.

So his plan is to say he’ll make the tax cuts permanent if re-elected.

So states won’t be sending out any additional funds from this EO.
Where is he going to get this money? I don’t think they have a clue how to follow through on any of these executive orders.
Even if he gets the money, he has no way to distribute it.
