Serious question. Lets say a new novel virus arises during Trump’s term. Obviously, an MRNA approach is currently best for making a quick, effective vaccine. What exactly does America do with a dumbfuck at the helm who will not approve an MRNA vaccine to be used in an emergency situation?

Cholera doesn’t really exist is the USA. Not sure how the epidemiology would work out but I’d be surprised if the water got bad enough for cholera
