This morning, after updating the site, there were some problems that took a while to figure out. Even though the site was running, reply boxes were not operating correctly, so posting was impossible. After working with ChatGPT, I believe it was do something like this: Discourse upgraded its software, which meant that certain add-ins in the startup files were redundant and causing problems. After deleting those lines from the containers/app.yml file, I think things are finally working correctly again (and forum software is up to date). But that took a couple of hours of time that I would have preferred not to spend.
