It sounds like they already had plans to not bring back Carano for season 3 and they are just confirming it. Sheâs been dropped by her talent agency and PR firm. Maybe she can make a low-budget action movie with Dean Cain and Kevin Sorbo.
I did see people on Twitter suggesting the role be recast with Lucy Lawless, but I think her fans clamor for her to be cast in every SF/F TV/movie franchise at some point.

Itâs an interesting day for karma, actually. Yesterday, Gina Carano is a terrible person on social media and gets fired today. Also yesterday, Pedro Pascalâs sister came out as trans and talked glowingly about the love and support shown by her brother, and today Pedro gets another big lead role.
The universe is healing.

Pedro being who he is, is even more reason to laugh at Carano. Did she think doing 180 degrees opposite of him would somehow make her more popular? It wouldnât surprise me if she thought she carried The Mandalorian. She seems that out of touch with reality.
