What was the question though? Did someone ask him if they felt Canada deserved to win or played better? If so, that’s not a bad response, not a good one, but it’s not like he just said it unprovoked.

About the only dig against the NFL playoffs that I can come up with is that they’re too short? And I guess the Super Bowl was lopsided this year, but it’s not like there haven’t been never-in-doubt-ers in the other major sports’ championship series. Not to mention that Rams - Seahawks, Rams - Bears, GB - Bears, and Bills - Broncos were all classics, and most of the other games were at least pretty exciting.
I think the NBA playoffs are the worst because the probability of an upset is so small, and the first round games are often just slaughters.

So how do you feel about March Madness? I barely follow College Basketball and I love that shit. I do think it’s flawed and if it were feasible to make it a bunch of 3 game series, that would be superior, but even as a one and done it’s pretty great.
This is a feature, not a bug, imo. I’d rather be less entertained and watch a tournament where the better team wins. Maybe, I’m weird.
