2026 Winter Olympics Milano Cortina

Funnily enough, soccer and hockey are the only 2 I actually follow regularly. Agreed on hockey, I think it’s miles ahead of most sports for an enjoyable viewer experience (also a great live experience). For NFL, CFB, MLB, NBA, I’ll only tune in for the big playoff matches.

i dont really follow hockey or any other sport outside nfl fantasy and baseball - high stakes hockey games always bring it, and nhl playoffs are consistently awesome. these guys always wanna win so bad

He’s right. Underdogs in sports should never win. In fact, let’s just give the favorite the trophy before it even begins. The 1980 team should give Russia the gold while we are at it.

A real winner! That’s actually an insane miss as he has a split second to settle the puck so you can’t even argue it was bouncing.

question: what happens if you get a penalty in 3 on 3?

another question: what happens if the same team gets another penalty after that?

The victimized team gets to add a fourth skater.

thats what my guess would been

imagine missing that wide open net and patting yourself on the back after the game yikes

That cancels out every speck of Johnny Gaudreau-related goodwill.

My favorite move in that game was checking people so hard they’d cry blood. I think you had to do it head on for that to happen.

Hot take: Unfair OT forces teams to lay it all on the line in regulation. I like it.
