I still think he ends up withdrawing. The Pelosi thing and even the nyt Clooney thing don’t happen in a world where this is done and dusted. The AOC stuff was a gut punch but I think she just flinched.
I’m pretty sure Clooney would win in November if the Dems picked him at the convention. Everyone loves George Clooney.

You know what I love about this Biden debacle though? Nobody talks about Trump any more. He seems to be out of the news, only mentioned in passing. So refreshing!

It could actually work out if they wind up replacing Biden: the new nom would have a ton of media attention for a bit because of all the drama. Could suck all the oxygen out of the Trump campaign, which currently feels like it’s on in the background.
