The district has been changed since last election. There have been gerrymandering controversies.
On the one hand, this is racist as fuck. On the other hand, the AI is subtly making a very interesting suggestion that we may be able to genetically engineer chickens whose body consist of just one giant chicken wing drum and I’d like to at least consider the possibilities of that future, even if just for a moment.

The GOP and most of their policies do not have majority support but they have been effective in consolidating power by:

Having the foundation of our government and demographics inherently biased for them (lol North and South Dakota having the same voting power in the senate as NY and California). The senate sounds good on paper but in practice is just a tool for establishing minority rule.

Relentless in their use of any power to further entrench their advantages in the system. In most cases partisan gridlock further advantages their positions than it does those of the left.

I called this right after Biden dropped out. Trump knows he would get smoked by Kamala in a debate and wants absolutely no part of it so in order to not look weak in front of his cult he is just going to keep making more and more ridiculous demands like Fox News has to host the debate and Elon Musk has to be the moderator and he gets to turn off Kamala’s mic whenever he wants

Yeah, my initial reaction was to conditionally call his bluff since I don’t even think a Fox debate would go well for him, but I like the line they’ve taken instead.

this is absolutely the play… just totally meme it. put out an almost an exact copy of the statement but with september 3rd and say with live up to the minute fact checking.
eta- you could also throw in how there is a conflict of interest because fox news has admitted to spreading misinformation so they can not be a reliable host or something.

Well, this is better, but I don’t understand why they need to always start with something dumb and get a huge negative reaction before changing it. (Oh wait, of course I do).
