The Rs are going to end up going all in on the idea that she is a non-serious, DEI elevated, pretender. Not a Serious Leader like Donnie Dumb Dumb. No one will take Harris seriously! People respect and fear Trump, ldo.
The Dems do need some simple way to deflect this stupidity, but they donât want the election to be a referendum on whether Harris deserves to be where she is. The Dems need a value proposition for voters as well. âIâm with herâ is not good enough (although it doesnât hurt with the base).

Excitement is lovely, but Biden was leading in the polls from start to finish in 2020. Basically tied in the polls is not enough to win against electoral college slant.

By 2016 all Rs and tons of Ds disliked Hillary, partially due to her being unlikable, but also a ton of heavy lifting by decades of Republican and Russian background narratives.
Same for 4 years of Biden.
They seem to be starting from zero with Kamala.

Yeah that seems to be one of the big ones so far. Dems are pushing back pretty hard saying there is no border czar, and she wasnât in charge of the border.
Wonder if polls still skew left because of trumpers not wanting to admit voting though. Wouldnât be surprised if that was not the case anymore.

Polls seem to struggle to accurately reflect young people because a) none of them will ever talk to a pollster, and b) the % of them voting is going up every election cycle since Obama.
