He managed to piss off Luka, and quite possibly would have led Luka to demand a trade, if not for Bob getting fired. If he did something this dumb, I’m sure there were plenty of other things he did that didn’t get that level of press.

Isn’t one of the problems that they’re totally split on whether they even want statehood, since rn they don’t have to pay fed income tax? I know Congress would have to take action too, but they can’t even get past the referendums.
Even better - if they move from Florida to another country they still get to vote!

Yes, they are completely split. Like 52-48 in the last referendum. Past referendums preferred the status quo.

Kansas getting closer and closer to purple. Dem governor, defeated that abortion referendum by a huge number. Being from there originally I’m not totally surprised. Much less racist and hateful than Oklahoma for example and so the Trump schtick doesn’t play as well there.
Has there ever been a full post mortem on Kansas when they went to the extreme version of Conservative fever dream budget cuts?

it had something to do with first half or first quarter totals, books were not adjusting to the fact that NBA second halfs are usually higher scoring than first halfs due to intentional fouling/extending the game.
The Fortnite thing was a big clue that they have more money than they know what to do with
