I didn’t plan on shooting the eclipse because I wasn’t going to be in the totality, but I was playing golf when it was going on and I felt inspired so I ran and grabbed my camera, threw on a neutral density filter and took some photos while I was playing (lol) they came out reasonably well considering I was unprepared. Had fun with lens flare. These are either 100mm or 400mm.

saw this earlier, first or second response was that the apartment windows shouldn’t dim down at the same speed as everything else.

i have a timelapse that shows just how lucky we got with a cloud break, but i can’t figure out how to post it

what’s weird is that the phone camera apps are trained to modify your photos on a dataset that includes pics from the previous eclipses.
