Delta gonna have a hard time explaining why it’s crowdstrikes fault that all the other airlines that had the same problem recovered in like a day

The puppies of war.

i dunno what that is or what it’s for, but it’s fuckin’ awesome

I don’t think so. They just need to show they weren’t negligent, they don’t need to show they were as competent as everyone else.

Getting a software vendor to cough up damages here is going to be really tough. It basically never happens. They’ve got a good lawyer but this is still a huge uphill battle and the odds have to be way against them, this is almost a pure PR move

The Carter Center was one of the election observers in the country, along with the UN and representatives from some other South American countries.

This doesn’t sound great. There are lots of observers, but it’s unclear how much scope they have and which are even official.

They need to show that crowdstrike was negligent and introducing a software defect isn’t as all software vendors in their contracts make it very clear this is a possibility. I don’t know of any succesful damages claim against a software vendor based on a defect. You can also easily show Delta should have redundancies/policies to avoid the damages like other companies had.

Maduro is great because he beat back the Maduro hyperinflation and led the country out of the Maduro depression. Venezuelans would be fools to let a thing like democracy deprive them of a leader of this caliber.

I bet the woke ilbs want to ban butter knives now.

How many times does a gunman kill only 3 and wound 10 in the same situation. Gun laws worked.

So honest. Exactly what I said over 10 posts on the subject.

Anyone ever use an online vet? We just want to get a prescription for something we’ve had a dozen times over the years and are sure about what we need.

I bought mine a long time ago from a Canadian online pharmacy. Never had any problems.

Canada drugs direct I think

Thanks. I just signed up for Dutch dot com. You get some people saying it’s a scam, but some people will say that about anything. As long as they don’t outright steal, it will be ok. We know what we want.

Something has happened at Petsmart lately (I think they were bought) and not only have prices dramatically increased, they are super understaffed, takes a while to get appointments, and the dog is there all day for anything and she really hates the vet

The dissertation is interesting. What it adds what people most likely suspect. That local people misattribute things to opposing parties when taking their cues from elites they trust so they misattribute a negative experience like their local hospital closing to Obamacare because those two things are happening in the same general time and the cues they pick up from elites they trust, Republican elites, are telling them that it’s Obama’s fault.

Also does explain the whole vote against something but praise it when it does something phenomenon you see with Republican politicians during Democratic Presidencies. It’s +EV, if something bad happens then it’s the government’s fault, if something positive happens then it’s the local leaders having a hand in doing something good, even though in actuality they voted against it.
