I’ve seen some Iranian activists making some noise about this. Zoroastrianism was the pre-Muslim religion of Iran, and folks are converting to it as a way to maintain Iranian identity while rejecting Islam.
Did you think Freddie Mercury was the last Zoroastrian?
I’ve got a Crusader Kings campaign where I reverted the Iranian caliphate back to Zoroastrianism.

I think that’s a lot of it, but every once in a while you get a few conspicuous incidents in quick succession and then you realize people have been slacking on safety and quality. Management has a tendency to screw up priorities because they want short-term profit.
