2023 NFL Gameday Thread: SUPER refBOWL!

CJ Stroud getting shut down by the Jets so far. And MVP FIELDS!

Stroud got hurt now too. Jets are meanies and hurt him and then hurt him.

Houston can’t run the ball and are missing their WR1 / WR2 / TE1. After Robert Woods I’m not sure they have another WR who hasn’t been inactive due to injury at least a quarter of the season. Looks grim.

This Raider game is fucking weird

This 49ers offence is just ridiculous

1943 last time a game was 0-0 after four quarters.

I agree on sf offense, it’s sick.

3-0 lol.

We were so close to this:

Nice stupid punt Vikings, instead of covering the 3.5.

I instantly checked what the line was when they did that play haha

Toney going to be run out of kanas city.

pat’s a baller but he’s gotta chill with berating the refs when his guys blow it. “We played our asses off and you call offensive offsides?!”. Bruh, I know we all thought we saw Toney blow games in every possible way, but open your mind cuz he found a way to outdo himself. Dude is a real life trojan horse.

Genuinely surprised this is the fourth 3-0 game since 1980, which is probably around when I started paying attention to football. Even as a kid I was enough of a stat geek that I woulda thought I’d remember some of the others

Random fun fact: The last two 2-0 games (in '32 and '38) were both Bears-Packers games, each winning one. Last scoreless tie was Giants/Lions back in '43.

I remember the Steelers Dolphins 3-0 hurricane game that went to OT.

I remember the Steelers/Dolphins one in 2007.

It was a downpour and punts were just stopping dead in the muddy field.
