That last one always blows my mind.
“Court document” is a bit misleading. It appears to be an old court opinion. It’s still strange, but it’s not like the brand is wrapped up in some legal dispute over child porn.
It’s a 2008(?) Supreme Court case. Could easily end up on a lawyer’s desk for any number of reasons, or just by flipping open a law book.

first time in florida, or the east coast for that matter. it’s dark as all fuck and there’s zero street lights even in broad swaths of this supposed metropolis so not many impressions yet except it smells fucking different here. I have a notoriously poor sense of smell so when I do notice it it’s usually something. I can’t place it, it’s not bad, the air just smells different. maybe lack of ocean smell? I’ve lived my entire life on the coast, but i swear ive been to places like chicago and never noticed this so starkly, I cant place it.
I am excited to try wataburger and wawa.
